Refund Policy

The short version
- You have 2 days from your billing date to request a refund.
- Eligible refunds are 70% of the amount paid (30% covers processing and infrastructure costs).
- You must have used less than 5% of your plan allowance to be eligible.
- Refunds are reviewed within 1 week of your request.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:
- Your request is submitted within 2 calendar days of the billing date.
- You have consumed less than 5% of your plan's API request allowance in the current billing period.
- Your account is in good standing with no terms-of-service violations.
2. Refund Amount
Eligible refunds are 70% of the amount you paid. The remaining 30% covers non-recoverable payment processing fees (PayPal charges a fee on all transactions, which is not returned on refunds), as well as infrastructure and operational costs incurred during the billing period. This partial refund policy is intended to be fair while covering the real costs we bear.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request.
- Include your registered email address and the date of the charge.
- Briefly describe your reason for the refund request.

4. Review Timeline
We review all refund requests within 1 week (7 calendar days) of receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original PayPal payment method. PayPal's own processing time (typically 3β5 business days) applies after we initiate the refund.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Requests submitted more than 2 calendar days after the billing date.
- Accounts that have consumed 5% or more of the plan's API allowance.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to terms-of-service violations.
- Charges arising from auto-renewal where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.
- Free plan usage or any charges not arising from a paid subscription.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
