Feedback submitted here is read by the engineering team directly — not filtered through a support queue. Whether you have spotted unexpected endpoint behavior, hit a documentation gap, want to request a symbol that doesn't exist yet, or have an idea for a new access method, this is the right place.

What to include for the most useful reports

• API behavior issues: the endpoint you called, the symbol and timeframe, and the response or error you received.
• Documentation gaps: which guide or reference page left questions unanswered, and what you were trying to accomplish.
• Feature requests: describe the use case you are trying to solve, not just the feature name — it helps us build the right thing.
• Symbol or market requests: the instrument identifier (e.g., USDMXN, NVDA, NATGAS) and the use case you need it for.
• SDK or library feedback: the language, version, and specific behavior you encountered.
